Mpumalanga Fencing

The MFA was started in late 2013 by Greta ingram. As the first ever fencing club in the Lowveld it was a challenge to introduce the sport. Yet 4 years later the Mpumalanga Fencing Clubs are still growing and have inspired many children to take up this wonderful sport. As an association we have had many previously disadvantaged learners join and do really well. Sakile Ngobane has been one of our star fencers. Both Jordan and Jenna Ingram are avid fencers as well. They have a number of medals to their name. Jenna Ingram won SILVER at this year’s Junior nationals which was an outstanding achievement at only 9 years of age.

It is our desire to encourage and inspire children and adults of all ages and walks of life to join us to enjoy this amazing sport.
